The service was absolutely amazing! We called ahead to make sure they knew we would be checking in late. We arrived a bit past midnight and Brenda provided us with the perfect service, made us laugh, and was so kind. The room was spotless, the shower was much needed after a long drive, and when I lost my wedding ring the following morning Brenda went up to the room and found my ring for me! Karen provided us with care and a smile when we came down for breakfast, made check out easy, and ensured that everything about our stay was as amazing and wonderful as she was! If you're coming through Glendive I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
We booked this room for one night, unsure of what we would get for a reasonable price. Because the room and bathroom were so clean, (kudos to the cleaning crew) beds were so comfy, it is super quiet, you cannot hear doors closing or people in the hall, We booked for the remainder of our stay in Glendive. Yes, you have to walk a few steps from the front door to the great little diner next door to check in and get morning coffee. So what. It is a part of the experience. And when I heard from my grandson, how supportive they are, and how great they treat the college kids, over a reasonable and tasty breakfast, cooked in front of us, I knew we had found a small town gem. We found the staff supportive and friendly, and if I ever am back in Glendive, this will be my first stop.
The room was so clean. I loved that it had a full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, staff at check in were so kind and helpful. Thanks for the great stay.
Safe. Clean. Good location. As a young female traveling alone, I felt safe. The location was in a neighborhood with lots of other hotels. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly. You check in at the diner and I stayed for a BLT and milkshake - which was quite tasty. Would definitely stay here again.
Best hotel I have stayed in Glendive and I drive through twice a year. Clean room. Very comfortable beds. Good location. They helped me out with a small favor. Quiet.
Excellent customer service skills. It was so easy to check in. The food at penny's diner is amazing!! I had loaded hash browns and they filled me good. The beds and ample shower space was also a plus
I found this location and establishment by chance. I need somewhere off the interstate that had truck and trailer parking without being a truck stop. It checked that box. Checking at the diner which is open 24/7 and need something to eat. Check that box The room was clean and comfortable and definitely something I would recommend to other weary travelers. Go past those other names directly off the interstate and stop here. You will regret it. Great value for money.
EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. Stayed here for one night on a road trip and had a great experience. Large room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, large shower. Front desk associate (can’t remember his name, but he’s an army vet) was incredibly kind and helpful. Extra parking in the back for larger trucks/trailers. Pet friendly. Penny’s diner is good, but make sure to eat it hot! Only thing missing is free breakfast! 9.5/10!
